Group Facilitation
In 2026, I am expanding my group work with Women Talk. small, intimate gatherings where women can share, be witnessed, and connect through honest conversation. These circles explore variations of them themes and transitions women navigate at all stages of life. At the heart of my coaching and facilitation is empowering women to step into their power and live more authentic, intentional lives.
As a South Asian woman of colour, I bring a deeply inclusive, culturally aware lens to every space she facilitates. My mission is to help women of all ages and backgrounds feel seen, valued, and empowered to live with authenticity rather than perfection.
